Originally from New Jersey, Shannon Sica, made her way to Tennessee 13 years ago and has seen exceptional growth in Middle Tennessee!
“I helped several family members find homes to move into as well as purchased a new home for our family. I really enjoyed the process of looking at all the different homes and floor plans and seeing how happy it made my family members find the perfect home for them. I wanted to be able to help the community in that same way and help people find the home of their dreams. The family feel and atmosphere is what ultimately led me to TGW. From the moment I walked in the doors and met everyone I could just tell it was where I belonged.”
In her free time, Shannon enjoys quality time with her husband, Michael, and 3 kids, Johnny, Hailey, and CJ.
